The Fundo Customer Score is an internal scoring system that uses advanced data analysis to help us assess your likelihood of financial hardship if a loan were to be approved. It reviews:

Your bank transaction data, including income, expenses, and liabilities;
Your history with other lenders and any repayment patterns;
Risk indicators such as multiple concurrent loans or high-frequency gambling activity; and
Your existing relationship with Fundo (if any), including past repayment behaviour.

Your Fundo Customer Score is dynamic and updated over time as your financial behaviours change. It’s designed to help you understand your risk profile and build healthier financial habits.

The higher your Fundo Customer Score, generally the lower your assessed risk of hardship. A higher Fundo Customer Score may improve your chances of approval with Fundo, including access to higher loan amounts.

Rather than reward borrowing frequency (which may be an indication of a debt spiral), the Fundo Customer Score recognises positive repayment behaviour and stable financial patterns, such as:

Paying on time or early;
Avoiding dishonours or defaults;
Keeping a consistent income flow;
Reducing reliance on multiple concurrent loans; and
Spending within your financial means.

We do not recommend taking out multiple loans to improve your score. In fact, multiple loans may negatively impact your Fundo Customer Score and reduce your eligibility. Our priority is supporting sustainable lending outcomes and helping customers avoid financial hardship.

Your Fundo Customer Score is not a credit score. It is an internal risk indicator scoring methodology used by Fundo.

What do I need to apply? How do I qualify?

In order for your online loan application to be considered, you have to be at least 18 years old. You also need to have a regular income from a full time or part time job. This also includes government benefits and pensions. However, keep in mind that we usually don’t let your income come fully from government benefits or pensions.

Fundo is built on responsible lending. You will need to show that you can comfortably pay your repayments. We tend to disapprove loan applications if there is any risk of being placed in a financial pickle as a result of borrowing money from Fundo.

Can I apply outside office hours?

Yes! Our application form is 100% online, you can do it 24/7! Our friendly customer service team is here to help you from 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, Saturday 9am-5pm and on Sundays from 9am-1pm Sydney time

Will you do a lorem ipsum?

We are responsible lenders. We lend to people with good credit and bad credit ratings, as we focus on your ability to meet your payments, not your past financial situation. So whilst we do check your credit, it plays a small role in our decision making.

We won’t do it without your express consent, which you provide to us when you apply for a Fundo Loan. As part of our credit assessment, we may decide that we need to check your credit history, in which case we will make an enquiry on your credit file.

How soon can I get my loan?

If everything goes well, and you submitted your application within business hours, chances are you can get your cash on the same day! However, delays do happen and if your application barely makes it in time for approval within business hours, considering banking processing delays, you may get your hands on your loan the next day instead.
