Refund Policy

Fundo Loans Pty Ltd

All payments made towards your loan are non-refundable under all circumstances, Fundo Loans Pty Ltd (ACN 604 639 143) trading as Fundo Loans reserves its right to exercise its right to not refund any payments that are:

  • Correctly debited and in line with the customer′s contractual obligation; or
  • Provided to us where the customer has authorised us or our third-party providers to debit the payment.

In the instance where a customer considers that a debit and or payment may be:

  • Fraudulent in nature; or
  • Incorrectly debited; or
  • An overpayment which is outside the contractual obligation,

Fundo Loans may, at its discretion, refund or partially refund the relevant amount.

All customer requests for refund of a payment/s will be considered in accordance with Fundo Loan′s Complaint and Disputes Resolution Statement, which can be found here.
